Buying from J.N. Jewellery
The pictures of the products shown on the site are the most descriptive way of displaying the large range of goods available from J.N. Jewellery. There will be occasions when some items are out of stock, in which case you will be promptly informed via e-mail. This may be due to a temporary break in the supply chain, so if you cannot find an alternative product on the J.N. Jewellery site, then please check again later. Stock levels are constantly monitored, however on the rare occasion that we have been unable to update the site to reflect unavailable products, you will be contacted promptly by J.N. Jewellery. Your order will not become a contract of sale between you and J.N. Jewellery until your order has been successfully despatched, and a confirmation e-mail sent to you.
J.N. Jewellery takes pride in the quality of its products, and every effort is made to ensure that you are perfectly happy with your purchase. Much of the J.N. Jewellery jewellery is hand made from natural materials, and as such there may be slight variations in style and colour from those shown on the website. Delivery Schedule
We are sure that you will be eager to receive your purchase from us, so we will make every effort to despatch your order within 14 days after your order is placed. If you live in the UK or Ireland, and have not received your order within 14 days of being placed, then please contact J.N. Jewellery by any of the means detailed above. If you are resident overseas, then please allow up to 28 days for delivery. J.N. Jewellery will consider actions on missing parcels on a case-by-case basis.
Packing and Delivery Charges
We believe that buying online should be as easy as buying from a shop, which is why we make our P&P policy as simple as possible. That's why we have a single packing and delivery charge of £2.95 for all orders. All packing and delivery charges are automatically shown and added at the time your purchase is made.

We do not receive or store any credit card information. Cookies are used to track usage information on the J.N. Jewellery site. The log file that is generated is analysed determine how many visitors we serve, what pages they look at most, and from where they connect. The file does not contain personal information on the visitor, and no information is shared with anyone outside the J.N. Jewellery organisation.

J.N. Jewellery is committed to ensuring that you are completely happy your purchase. We therefore operate a satisfaction guaranteed, "No Fuss", returns policy for items returned within 14 days of despatch. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase within this 14 day period, then please contact J.N. Jewellery and you will be issued with a Returns Number. The unwanted goods should be in perfect condition and securely re-packed into the original packaging. Please send the package to the address above, with your name, address, telephone number and order number (if available) enclosed, and the Returns Number clearly written on the outside of the package. J.N. Jewellery will be happy to exchange or refund the cost of any goods returned in a perfect, unworn and undamaged condition. For your own peace of mind, J.N. Jewellery recommends that you obtain proof of postage and insurance as J.N. Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. The postage cost of returning the goods is not reimbursed by J.N. Jewellery.
In compliance with current Health and Hygiene regulations under no circumstances can J.N. Jewellery accept the return of earrings.
